What you need to know to get started with ShipMarketSquare

Account Creation
Complete the required fields on the 'Create Account' page to get started.
Become a Seller
After creating your account, you can post up to 3 ads. To post more, click "Become a Seller," add your phone number, verify the code, and your account will be upgraded. Then, you can post unlimited vessels and spares.
Post your First Ad
Posting your first ad is simple! Click the "Create" button, and you'll be able to create an ad for either your vessel or spares by toggling between the two options.
Ad Verification
All ads require verification before going live, which typically takes up to 24 hours. If rejected, you will be notified by email and account alert with the reason, allowing you to review and resubmit for approval.
Analytics
You can track your ad performance directly from your dashboard, including clicks, impressions, conversations, and more.
Renew
After 30 days your Ads goes to a state called TBA (To Be Advised), you won't be able to see any analytic reports & the high priority engagement.

Is there a fee to upload my vessel?
No. You can upload vessels on both verified and non-verified accounts, but non-verified accounts are limited to 3 posts. To upload more, become a verified seller.
I've uploaded my vessel—what's the next step?
Great! Now that you've uploaded your vessel, it just needs to be verified before it goes live on Ship Marketsquare. Sit tight—we'll handle the rest! 🚢✨
How can buyers reach out to me?
A Ship Market sales rep will reach out to you as soon as a serious buyer is interested.
Why is my post showing as "pending" after I edited it?
Whenever you edit your ad, we review the updates before making it live again.
Why is my post rejected?
There are a few reasons why your post/ad may have been rejected. However, you'll receive a notification explaining the details. Be sure to check your notification area or email for the reason.
Can I change my phone number?
No, once your phone number is verified, you won't be able to change it. Make sure to use your main phone number, as it cannot be edited later.
